STEP 1 — ITEM COMES IN
Customer fills the Sell page on clientelenyc.com/pages/sell. It creates a DRAFT product in Shopify tagged status:pending-review. Shows up here as PENDING.
STEP 2 — YOU APPROVE
Click EDIT on the row → opens Shopify Admin. Add tag status:approved to the product. Webhook fires instantly → pipeline activates. Item moves to ACTIVE.
STEP 3 — LIST EVERYWHERE
Click LIST ALL on any active item. eBay + Grailed list automatically. StockX + GOAT pre-fill tabs open with all details copied — just submit + confirm. Takes ~2 minutes total.
STEP 4 — IT SELLS
If it sells on eBay/Grailed — automatic. All other platforms delist in <60s. If it sells on StockX/GOAT — click SOLD ▾ → pick the platform. Same result. Zero double-sells.
